DEGREE APPRENTICESHIPS TO ENHANCE YOUR EMPLOYABILITY

A FINAL YEAR SPRINGBOARD TO EMPLOYMENT

Degree apprenticeships are offered in the final year of the Bachelors in Business Development, the Bachelors Business Innovators, the Bachelors Digital Innovators and on the Master’s cycle of the  Grande Ecole Programme.

Degree apprenticeships offer students the opportunity to get one to two years of on-the-job training as well as a higher/degree level qualification.

"I’m currently working for a company called ProDietic in the agri-food sector.  Most of our customers are foreign, which means you have to be able to understand and anticipate their needs, and be able to adapt to the challenges of working in an international context.  Nowadays, a buyer can’t just focus on their own country; sometimes you have to travel far to find certain raw materials, which means that the 2 years I spent abroad during my course have been very useful here.  The business experience I got during the apprenticeship offered by ICD, along with a practice-based curriculum that was close to the real world of business were also an eye-opener for me.  I was very quickly drawn to the purchasing and supply chain profession, and I was able to confirm this choice during my final year of studies”.

Anne-Sophie DESMET

2009 Graduate, ProDietic RDP, Head of Purchasing & Supplies.
