We understand that higher education represents a significant investment and poses challenges for you and your family. To help you, we would like to outline the various financing solutions available to you in five points.

Tuition fees for 2026-2027

Bachelor Business and Marketing

European Union:

  • First year of initial program: €7,400
  • Second year of initial program: €7,850
  • Third year of work-study program: No tuition fees for the work-study program*

Outside the European Union:

  • First year of initial program: €8,150
  • Second year of initial program: €8,600

*Under an apprenticeship or professional training contract, the cost of training (€11,000) is financed by the company's OPCO, depending on the level of coverage established.

No training or registration fees are payable by the beneficiary or their legal representative (excluding the mandatory €105 CVEC payment – Student and Campus Life Contribution).

The company pays the work-study student a percentage of the minimum wage depending on their age.

Granting of scholarships

Various scholarships may be awarded, which can be deducted from tuition fees. It is possible to combine two scholarships or benefits.

Social criteria scholarships

Upon admission, you have the option of applying for a scholarship based on financial need, subject to review by the awards committee:

  • Up to €1,000 based on financial need
  • Reserved for students whose tax residence is in France
  • Scholarship renewable each year, based on application

This discount will be applied to tuition fees. Request your application form from the admissions department.

Academic performance scholarships

When you register definitively, you can apply for a scholarship based on your performance in the current year's baccalaureate, upon presentation of supporting documentation.

  • €300 discount for baccalaureate graduates with honors
  • Valid for the first year only

This discount will be applied to tuition fees. Please contact the admissions department for more information. 

There are two scholarship opportunities for international mobility (internship and university semester in Europe).

CROUS scholarship

As a Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation-recognised institution, students enrolled at ICD Business School are eligible for a means-tested grant and housing assistance from the CROUS (Regional Centre for University and School Works) from their first year onwards.

Erasmus+ scholarship

The European Commission awards Erasmus+ grants to finance part of your trip or stay at universities with an Erasmus+ charter.

 

Occitanie Region Scholarship

A mobility grant, awarded by the Occitanie region, is available to students who have completed three years of higher education. It is awarded depending on financial circumstances, and is intended for those who are not eligible for the Erasmus+ grant.

 

 

Tailor-made financing

You can spread the payment of tuition over 3 or 6 installments and thus obtain reduced monthly payments.
A cash payment for the entire year of schooling allows you to benefit from a 2% discount.

Installment payments:

  • In three instalments: + €250 on top of tuition fees.
  • In six instalments: + €500 on top of tuition fees.
  • International students: payment in three instalments only.

Early Bird Discount (for students on the initial training programme):

Receive a 10% discount on tuition fees for all registrations between 14 October 2025 and 15 February 2026.

Application fees:

  • Initial training: €60
  • Work-study programme: No registration fees are payable by the candidate or their legal representative.
  • Early Bird special offer: Application fees are waived for applicants enrolling in the initial training programme between 14 October 2025 and 15 February 2026.

Deposit:

  • €1,000 for French and European Union students
  • 50% of tuition fees for non-EU students.

 

There is an opportunity to undertake paid internships every year, starting from the first year.

Any internship lasting more than two months within the same company must include a monthly stipend.

From January 1 to December 31, 2025, the minimum legal stipend for internships in France is set at €4.35 per hour, or €669.90 per month for full-time work (154 hours per month).

Please note: some companies or local authorities may offer a higher allowance as well as additional benefits (meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation costs, etc.).

During the Bachelor's program, ICD Business School students complete 10 months of internships: 2 months in the first year, 4 months in the second year, and 4 months in the third year.

You get one fixed day off per week for a student job.

This allows you to work part time. The Corporate Relations department can put you in touch with potential employers and provide you with job offers.

We also offer students the opportunity to become School Ambassadors. These are paid roles carried out outside of class time.
