BUSINESS PITCH 2022: THREE DAYS WITH LHH RECRUITMENT SOLUTION

The 5th year Business Pitch is the meeting of a large company with the expertise of our students. On 23, 24 and 25 November, LHH Recruitment Solutions confronted our students and alternates with a real problem.

After Monoprix in 2019, FNAC Darty in 2020 and Orange France in 2021, our campus opened its doors this year to LHH Recruitment Solutions, a subsidiary of the Adecco Group and a long-standing partner of the IGS Group.

TO MEET A DOUBLE OBJECTIVE

For three days, nearly 600 students and work-study students immersed themselves in the world of LHH: its sector, its values, its challenges. After the presentation of the brief, the 120 teams had 2 days to define a strong idea, determine a concept, test it, and then pitch it on the 3rd day.

For the partner company, the aim was to obtain answers to a real problem, to identify new solutions; for the learners, to confront them with the reality of the company.

From the 120 competing teams, 6 were selected after a series of juries. These finalists presented their projects on stage in front of the LHH executive committee, which selected three of them. This colourful final was held in public and live, on a real TV set.

AN EXERCISE WITH HIGH PROFESSIONAL VALUE

This competition allows our students to work together, each with different functions and specialities: business, finance, marketing, real estate, communication... to bring together all the expertise and training - a rare feature in higher education - for a real professional response.

By proposing attractive and realistic solutions, our students were able to combine entrepreneurship and professionalism, two of the IGS Group's core values.

This professional exercise also allows our 5th year students, soon to be active on the job market, to add a prestigious line to their CVs before graduating!
