ICD Business School welcomes its new cohorts with an interactive integration day.
In September, first-year students of the Grande École Program and Bachelor of Management Sciences at ICD Business School took part in an integration day organized in collaboration with Dotmap. Here’s a look back at a day filled with interactive activities and team bonding.
Welcome to our first-year students
The start of the school year marks the beginning of a new journey for our first-year students. Students from the Grande École Program and Bachelor of Management Sciences (Event Management and Business Development tracks) took their first steps on the Paris campus. It was an opportunity for them to discover the school’s facilities, the surrounding neighborhood, and build relationships with their peers through a well-organized integration day.
An immersive program to foster connections
The integration day, designed as a major "ice breaker," allowed our new students to meet and break the ice. Grouped into teams based on affinities, the icédiens explored the campus by taking part in an interactive QR code scavenger hunt. By scanning the codes, they had to answer questions about ICD Business School and take on fun challenges, such as recreating famous movie scenes in photos. In the afternoon, activities continued along the Canal Saint-Martin, offering students a different setting to keep bonding and strengthening their team spirit.
The importance of these days for our students
Such days are essential for our students. They not only help to create friendships but also familiarize them with the school's environment and foster a strong sense of belonging to ICD Business School. Our teams are fully committed throughout the year to support and guide our students, offering them a rich and human experience from day one.
A year-round commitment through student life
Integration activities don't stop at the beginning of the year. Throughout the academic year, thanks to the school's vibrant student life and the Student Union (BDE) Yamni, our icédiens participate in events that promote team bonding, collaboration, and creativity. These regular events play a key role in the personal and academic growth of our students.
Conclusion
The integration day for first-year students at ICD Business School’s Paris campus was a great success, strengthening the bonds between students and helping them start the year with camaraderie and a spirit of sharing. We wish our icédiens a year full of learning and discovery.
