National final in Nancy: a key milestone for ICD Business School students

On April 1st and 2nd, 2026, qualified students from ICD Business School Paris and IGENSIA Alternance took part in the national final of the Les Négociales competition in Nancy. Following a demanding qualification process, this final stage marked the culmination of an immersive experience in the world of sales negotiation.

An immersive competition rooted in real-life business situations

For over 30 years, Les Négociales has established itself as a benchmark in sales negotiation training. The competition is based on realistic role-play scenarios, where students must address concrete business challenges in front of professional buyers.

After successfully passing the qualification rounds, notably held at ICD Business School Paris, the best candidates advance to the national final, the highlight of the competition.

An intense and unifying national final

This year, 600 finalists gathered in Nancy to compete for the title of best sales negotiator. Over the course of two days, participants tackled five successive negotiation cases, testing their analytical skills, sales posture and adaptability.

Beyond the competition itself, the event also provides opportunities for networking and professional exchanges, particularly through the “Forum Emploi by Les Négociales”, which brings together over twenty recruiting partners each year and offers students concrete career opportunities such as internships, apprenticeships and full-time positions.

Taking part in the Les Négociales final represents a major professional learning experience for students.
