Our 14 finalists ready to compete in Nancy!
The qualifications for the Négociales competition took place yesterday on the campus of ICD Business School, offering a day full of emotions, professional encounters, and personal challenges. In front of a jury of dedicated professionals, our students showcased their negotiation skills and competed on two demanding case studies. Congratulations to our 14 finalists, who will proudly represent our school at the grand final in Nancy on March 26 and 27!
📅 A Day Full of Intense Challenges
From 7:15 AM, candidates were welcomed to campus for what promised to be a demanding day. After an introductory speech, the morning session started at 8:00 AM with the first case study, presented by Würth. Students were given time to prepare before starting the role-playing exercises at 10:00 AM, where each had 10 minutes to convince their interlocutor, followed by a quick deliberation by the jury.
After a well-deserved lunch break, the competition resumed at 1:15 PM with the presentation of the second case study, provided by Ixage, a subsidiary of the Coopérative Welcoop. By 3:15 PM, the students were back in action, giving their best to stand out. The day continued with a networking session at 5:30 PM, where participants had the opportunity to connect with professionals in the field.
At 6:00 PM, the names of the small final qualifiers were announced: Clément Pochon, Iléna Garcès, and Yasmine Bensalama. These three students faced off one last time at 7:00 PM, this time on a case study presented by Adista. Finally, at 8:00 PM, the verdict was in: Clément Pochon was crowned the winner of the small final!

The journey continues for our finalists, who will proudly represent ICD Business School at the Négociales Grand Final on March 26 and 27 in Nancy. Competing against the best talents from other institutions, they will have to demonstrate their negotiation expertise once again.
